The day before the CrossFit open, I was filled with excitement and a ting of nerves. This is a dream come true! Of course I thought I was going to start at foundations since I can't do a pull-up but as I talked to coach, he assured me that I would do the scaled version of the workout.

50 Toes-to-bar (Knees to chest for me)
40 Wall balls
30 Cleans
20 Muscle ups (pull-ups)
If you don't know what the CrossFit Open is, it is the qualifier for the CrossFit Games but what I love about this community is that the open is really open to anyone of any fitness level. It reminds me of the most famous verse John 3:16.
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
It doesn't matter what state I'm in, God still accepts me. He would approve of the CrossFit open since veterans, beginners, young and old, part or whole gather to show skills and show love for their box. I'm so glad I got to be a part of that!
